Kelsey is a published author and a mental wellness advocate. In her first book, Strong
Calm Confident You, Kelsey shares her personal journey with anxiety that manifested as people-pleasing and perfectionism. Once she recognized these patterns and learned how to cope with her own anxiety, she began to notice these issues in women around her, and she wanted to help. That’s how the idea for the book was born. Kelsey shares her story, along with practical tips to help women stop the endless cycle of pleasing, perfecting and performing and learn to build a more authentic and happy life on their own terms.
